Sweeney, who brings experience from MortgageWorks and Shore Financial, explains that this is just one piece of their larger growth strategy. They've recently revamped their branding to better reflect their diverse offerings, invested in a brand-new Sydney CBD premise to support their rapid team expansion, and engaged leading experts to help develop a website and marketing collateral which aligns to their clientele.
"We’re currently exploring opportunities to make 2026 even bigger, with a particular focus on recruiting more support staff, investing in new technology and spreading the FRONT Financial brand to a wider customer base," Sweeney adds. This ambition is clear, but will they be able to achieve their goals?
Director William Banham, who co-founded FRONT Financial with Sweeney after leaving Loan Market, attributes their rapid growth to a strong team culture. "Ryan and I simply shared our vision with all our members, and each one of them believes in it as much as we do," he says. "We’re quite a dynamic group, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to do anything to help our clients achieve their goals. It’s this genuine desire which has helped us."
